Koch Recruiting is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support recruiting activity. Based in Wichita, Kansas, this individual will partner closely with recruiters, candidates, hiring supervisors, and interview teams to deliver efficient recruiting coordination and an excellent candidate experience. The role will provide flexible coordination support across Wichita-headquartered Koch companies early careers and experienced hiring – flowing to work when business demand or team capacity requires it. The role will also assist with campus recruiting strategy planning, administration, and fall preparation. This opportunity is well suited for someone who learns quickly, demonstrates curiosity and sound judgment, builds strong working relationships, and wants to develop toward broader recruiting responsibilities over time.

Our team works across functions and businesses, applies Principle Based Management®, and uses business knowledge, technology, and sound judgment to create value for candidates and hiring teams. In this role, you will collaborate with recruiting partners supporting Koch Capabilities Accounting, Finance, Tax, and IT, while also helping the broader Wichita recruiting community respond to changing priorities and capacity needs.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate recruiting activities and candidate flow for early-career Accounting, Finance, Tax, and IT roles, including interviews, candidate communications, and post-offer processes.
  • Provide recruiting coordination support across Wichita-based Koch companies as business needs and team capacity require.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring supervisors, and interview teams, ensuring timely communication and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Execute pre-hire and post-offer activities, including background checks, documentation, I-9 coordination, and other onboarding requirements.
  • Coordinate candidate travel and interview-related expense reimbursements as needed.
  • Support campus recruiting efforts through event administration, interview scheduling, communications, workflow management, and recruiting operations.
  • Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to deliver a consistent, organized, and positive early-career recruiting experience.
  • Manage competing priorities across functions and businesses, balancing candidate impact, hiring needs, and team capacity.
  • Build business knowledge to anticipate needs, support recruiting decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system to ensure visibility and compliance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and workflow transparency.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience coordinating multiple priorities, adjusting plans, and communicating changes based on business needs.
  • Experience communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with candidates, colleagues, or business partners.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience identifying or contributing to process improvements and influencing change.
  • Experience using AI, automation, or recruiting technology to improve a process or outcome.
  • Experience working in an applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management system, or other human resources technology.
