You don’t need a long childcare resume to get started. If you love working with kids, show up ready to learn, and want a job where your work actually matters, we can help you build the rest.

Kailua Area| $17-18.5/hr DOE

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30a-530p

What Does an Aide Actually Do?

You’ll spend your day helping our littlest keiki learn, play, explore, and figure out the world around them.

That might mean:

  • Reading the same favorite book for the third time
  • Helping with art projects, music, sensory play, and outdoor fun
  • Encouraging a toddler who’s learning to do something all by themselves
  • Helping preschoolers practice sharing, communicating, and making friends
  • Giving a little extra comfort when someone is having a tough morning
  • Keeping the classroom clean, safe, and ready for whatever comes next
  • Working alongside teachers who know that some of the best learning happens through play

Will it be quiet? Probably not.

Will you occasionally go home with paint, glitter, or mystery crumbs on your clothes? Absolutely.

But you’ll also get hugs, belly laughs, ridiculous stories, and a front-row seat to some pretty big little milestones.

New to Childcare? That’s Okay.

We have a limited number of entry-level Aide positions for people who are ready to learn and work toward PATCH qualification.

We’ll help you get there with:

  • Company-paid CDA certification
  • Paid training and professional development
  • College tuition assistance
  • Hands-on experience with experienced teachers
  • Opportunities to move into Teacher, Lead Teacher, and leadership positions

You don’t have to have your entire career figured out before you apply.

You can start here and grow from here.
