We are seeking a Program Director to join our Center for Hope serving Newburgh, NY.

Earn $33.83/hour!

This position focuses on creating a positive and supportive environment where young people can grow, learn, and build confidence. The role involves guiding and supporting youth through activities that promote personal development and community involvement.

By working collaboratively with families, staff, and community partners, the Youth Director helps to create a safe and engaging atmosphere for program participants. They act as a guide and leader, fostering an environment that is designed to improve the quality of life for young people. This involves establishing positive relationships with youth to better understand and cater to their needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience working with at risk children/adolescents
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
