Accounting Resolutions Specialist

Location: Logan UT

Wage: $19.40 per hour

Shift: 8am-5pm MT

We are looking for talented and self motivated individuals to join the Accounting Revenue Team as Resolutions Specialist!

Responsibilities

• Professional internal and client correspondence
• Property and management maintenance for accounting
• Verify and send ACHs
• Handle a variety of situations including ones we haven't seen before with credits and charges
• Special accounting requests and projects as needed
• Maintain a CX score of 90% or higher

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Proven track record of great customer service
• Accountable and attentive to staying on top of work
• Exceptional attention to detail
• 1 year of client relations experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Escalation resolution experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products helpful but not required
• Project management experience helpful but not required

High School Diploma or GED
