The position will be based in Winsted, MN

What you will do

As a Future Talent Automation Engineer you will:

Develop technical documentation for projects focused on plant functionalities.

Support and learn internal simulation tests and support Factory Acceptance Tests with customer.

Help maintain and update Markets reusable solutions.

Participate in simulation, startup, and commissioning of systems/modules.

Develop technical solutions in projects, provide support in problem solving, participate in technical discussions with customers and suppliers.

Learn and get experience in process or automation engineering with a desire to learn more about the opposite discipline

Have commissioning experience and the desire to continue supporting commissioning efforts

Learn more about our systems such as SkyNet and Tetra Factory OS

Develop your problem-solving mindset

We believe you have

Recently graduated or about to graduate with an Engineering degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation and Control or related.

AutoCAD knowledge is a plus

Previous internships or projects utilizing PLC’s Siemens/Rockwell and SCADA programming and networks is strongly preferred

Microsoft Office knowledge

Pay Equity

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.

  • Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $60,600 USD – $77,800 USD.
  • Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
