We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator 3 to join our Debt Recovery division!

Examples of duties
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties
In this role, you will:
- Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls and correspondence pertaining to participating agencies.
- Assist agencies with problems/questions regarding file transfers, correspondence and reimbursements notices for collections of non-tax debt.
- Assist other State agencies in transferring debt files into the department's case management system.
- Process daily deposits received and create deposit slips.
- Answers phones, compose, type, proof and edit letters, memos and correspondence; schedules meetings and performs other support duties.

Appointment Type: Probational Appointment, Job Appointment, Promotional or Detail to Special Duty
Career Progression: This position may be filled as an Administrative Coordinator 3 or an Administrative Coordinator 4.
Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
This posting may be used to fill vacancies in other divisions available within the Louisiana Department of Revenue within 90 days of the closing date.
A Tax and Natural Disaster Clearance will be conducted on all selected applicants to validate the timely submission of tax returns and payments. It is a requirement that all Revenue employees must adhere to all tax laws of the State of Louisiana.
LA R.S.15:587.5, 587.6 and the IRS require the Louisiana Department of Revenue to conduct a criminal history records check of a prospective employee who will access federal tax information to perform job duties.
