We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a BIM Manager to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients.
Job Description
Multi-Disciplinary Standardization: Collaborate with Structural, Architectural, and MEP leads develop Revit Templates compliant with ISO 19650.
BIM Content Management: Establish and maintain Revit Family Libraries using international classification systems (eg: OmniClass, UniClass).
CAD Standards: Coordinate with other teamleads to set up AutoCAD Templates following AIA or ISO 13567 layering guidelines.
Client Liaison: Partner with international clients to refine and finalize all project templates and digital asset libraries
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the AEC industry, with at least 3 years in a BIM Management or Lead Coordinator role.
Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Revit (All disciplines), and AutoCAD. Proven track record in developing templates and family libraries.
Standards Knowledge: Deep understanding of ISO 19650 workflows and international classification systems (OmniClass, UniClass, or ISO 13567).
Communication: Excellent English communication skills to effectively collaborate with international clients and internal department heads.
Automation (Preferred): Experience with Dynamo or Python for workflow automation and template optimization is a strong plus.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
