Maintenance Technician

As Maintenance Technician, you will provide maintenance services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical and building systems.

You will direct report to a Maintenance Supervisor.

Major Duties / Key Result Areas

• Carry out the PM program tasks assigned, complete the equipment incident reports, and work orders to ensure equipment stability and readiness.
• Be mainly responsible for checking and handling issues during the production shift.
• Identify and inform maintenance supervisors of potential issues occurring during equipment operation.
• Complete maintenance reports during the shift. Keep full and accurate records of shift incidents and handover details thoroughly.
• Ensure support and timely handling of equipment breakdowns to meet production requirements.
• Adjust and repair equipment issues during the production shift.
• Immediately report serious incidents according to the procedures in the maintenance protocol.
• Propose the necessary spare parts to direct superiors: quantity, type, etc., promptly and accurately to ensure equipment stability during the production shift.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and other repair requests during shifts from relevant departments.
• Inspect and make repair adjustments according to the work checklist and equipment log sheet.
• Attend all department/team meetings fully and on time.
• Support production during shifts to meet the delivery time of customers if required.
• Suggest measures to boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve maintenance efficiency.
• Participate in proposing solutions to resolve technical issues.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to read and understand technical documents/drawings
• Careful and detail-oriented
• Able to work in shifts
• Good problem-solving skills
• Graduated from college or higher
• Fields: Mechanical/Automation, Electrical/ Electronics/ Refrigeration/ Industrial Electricity/ Maintenance/ Repair
• Experience: Minimum 3 years
