Responsibilities

Successfully promoting, administering, and increasing user interaction on the MyLiebherr platform.
Ensuring adherence and compliance to KPI’s by the national parts sales, procurement, and inventory teams.
MIN Sales administration
Manage the MyLiebherr platform end-to-end, including user support, training, administration, and continuous improvement.
Support and train Liebherr employees, dealers, service partners, and customers to maximise platform adoption and effective use.
Distribute and monitor national Parts Sales, Procurement, and Inventory KPIs.
Report and escalate non-conformances and drive compliance with established processes.
Use KPI reporting to drive accountability, improve operational performance, and support customer satisfaction.
Identify recurring performance gaps and work with the relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
Ensure the complete end to end administration for Min parts – export and local

Experience and Qualification

Minimum 3 years related experience
National Senior Certificate
Experience in customer service and parts counter sales
Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
