Region Lead Recruiter - GC HUB

We are currently seeking a Region Lead Recruiter, reporting directly to Head of Region to join our GC HUB team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About the role:

Recruitment Administration
• Responsible for Interface with assigned project recruitment
• Coordination within the “Recruitment Factory” during sourcing and mobilization activities with respect to workload allocations and balanced distribution of tasks among the Recruiters.
• Ensures that all internal controls and quality screening processes are effectively observed and in full compliance (recruitment screening form, salary monitoring, performance assessment process, ...)
• Allocates recruitment activities to each team members considering priorities & workload determined and reviewed on weekly basis
• Make sure that the proposed profiles have always confirmed performances evaluated by means of proper performance assessments or internal or external references.
Recruitment Tools / KPIs
Ensures that the following activities are systematically carried -out:
• IDA database is adequately utilized, maintained and properly updated by all team members
• All recruitment & mobilization KPIs are reviewed and monitored on weekly basis
• Consolidated Recruitment Dashboard is systematically updated every week by all the parties

Other Responsibilities:
• Contributes to customization and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures in accordance with defined HR/Business strategy and local regulations
• Accountable to ensure that all recruitment & mobilization activities are fully compliant with all GC Hub charter & procedures
