Technical Product Specialist Iberia

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support to Amann Girrbach customers and distribution partners across Spain and Portugal
• Install, commission and support Ceramill systems and coordinate maintenance and service activities
• Conduct product demonstrations, application trainings, workshops and technical presentations for customers and distribution partners
• Ensure distribution partners have excellent product, application and workflow knowledge across the Amann Girrbach portfolio
• Actively support distributors in pre-sales activities, customer visits and the development of sales opportunities
• Participate in joint customer visits with sales teams and distribution partners and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process
• Support customers during evaluation and implementation phases and drive successful adoption of Amann Girrbach solutions
• Identify sales opportunities within the existing customer base and actively communicate leads and business potential to the responsible sales team and distribution partners
• Support market activation activities, product launches, roadshows, trade shows and customer events
• Build strong relationships with key customers, laboratories, clinics and distribution partners
• Gather market and competitor feedback and share relevant insights with the Sales and Product Management teams
• Support the continuous development of Amann Girrbach's market presence and installed base in Spain and Portugal
• Regular travel to customers, distribution partners, trade shows and Amann Girrbach headquarters

Job requirements

• Completed training as a certified dental technician or comparable dental/technical qualification
• Strong understanding of digital dental workflows and CAD/CAM technologies
• Experience with dental laboratory equipment, milling systems and related digital workflows
• Technical understanding and hands-on capabilities for installation, troubleshooting and basic repairs
• Experience with competitive CAD/CAM systems and good understanding of the dental market
• Good understanding of dental materials, implant systems and laboratory workflows
• Customer-oriented mindset with a good understanding of customer needs and market opportunities
• Confident in product demonstrations, customer presentations and technical sales discussions
• Strong customer orientation and ability to build trusted relationships with customers and distribution partners
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• High level of computer literacy and affinity for digital technologies
• Willingness to travel extensively within Spain and Portugal
• Fluent Spanish and good English skills required; Portuguese would be an advantage
