Your Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee maritime import and export operations, ensuring compliance with processes and effective team coordination.
- Ensure the efficient execution of maritime operations (FCL, LCL, tank containers, and project cargo), guaranteeing high standards of quality and compliance.
- Develop and enhance team performance by strategically assigning workloads, setting clear goals, and providing ongoing feedback.
- Manage key accounts and resolve operational escalations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and operational continuity.
- Monitor operational and financial metrics, driving continuous improvement plans, cost control, and compliance with regulatory and customs standards.
Your Profile
- Education: Technician and/or Professional in International Trade (if not met, see selection process).
- Training: ISO and BASC, Customer Service, English (based on test results), Cargo Handling, Microsoft Office.
- Experience: At least 2 years in maritime import and export operations.
