We are looking for a Senior Manager, Customer HSE & Strategic Partnerships to lead strategic HSE engagement with selected Global Key Customers across Logistics & Services (L&S). This role will position HSE as a strategic differentiator by translating Maersk's HSE capabilities, governance, compliance programs, and risk management expertise into tangible customer value.
Working at the intersection of HSE, commercial strategy, customer engagement, and governance, you will build trusted partnerships with senior customer stakeholders, support business growth opportunities, and establish the governance frameworks required to manage strategic customer HSE requirements across a global organization.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Customer Engagement
Lead strategic HSE partnerships with selected Global Key Customers.
Support executive and senior-level customer engagements.
Contribute to strategic commercial opportunities by articulating the value of Maersk's HSE and sustainability capabilities.
Develop customer-facing HSE value propositions, thought leadership materials, and executive presentations.
Customer HSE Governance & Commercial Support
Establish governance, escalation, and decision-making frameworks for managing strategic customer HSE requirements across Logistics & Services.
Coordinate significant customer HSE commitments and ensure alignment across relevant functions.
Develop and maintain customer-facing HSE materials, capability portfolios, and response frameworks.
Drive consistency, quality, and accuracy in external HSE communications and customer engagements.
Leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify emerging customer needs, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Risk, Compliance & Contractual Support
Continuously develop HSE compliance, and risk management requirements within customer contracts and supplier standards.
Partner with Commercial and Legal teams to evaluate significant HSE commitments.
Monitor evolving customer expectations, regulatory developments, and industry trends.
Translate complex HSE, risk, and compliance requirements into practical business solutions and customer value propositions.

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader who combines strong HSE expertise with exceptional stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilities.
You thrive in complex global organizations, are comfortable engaging at executive level, and understand how governance, compliance, and risk management can create value for customers and the business.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Master’s Degree with Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, Compliance or similar.
Significant experience in HSE, Risk Management, Compliance, Sustainability, Operations, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of management systems and international standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
Solid experience with Power BI, business intelligence platforms, data mining and advanced reporting tools is an advantage.
Experience utilizing digital, analytical, and AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, decision-making and customer engagement.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.
Demonstrated experience developing governance frameworks, policies, controls, and escalation processes in large, complex organizations.
Strong commercial acumen and customer engagement experience.
Experience working in global, matrixed environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Strong executive communication, presentation, and storytelling capabilities.
Ability to communicate complex technical requirements in a clear and commercially relevant manner.
