Transformations succeed when people are ready, equipped and motivated to adopt new ways of working. As a Senior Business Consultant in NNIT’s working group for Change & Communication Consulting, you will help clients turn transformation ambitions into sustainable business outcomes.
Change & Communication Consulting is situated within the Life Science Project Consulting (LSPC) department. We deliver standalone and complementary services to project management, supporting clients across the people side of technology, process and organizational transformation.
You’ll join a professional, collaborative department that values quality and customer focus, while also making time for team socials, and casual get-togethers.

Location: This role will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark and will require significant onsite/office-based presence.

The role:

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will lead change management workstreams in complex transformation programs. You will advise senior stakeholders, shape change strategies, and ensure that affected employees are prepared to adopt and sustain new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
You will work closely with project managers, client teams, and colleagues across NNIT. Depending on the engagement, you may lead the change management track, provide strategic advisory support or contribute your expertise to a broader program.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and lead change strategies, plans, and activities in complex transformation programs.
  • Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder needs and project health
  • Plan and coordinate communication, training and engagement activities
  • Identify risks, resistance and adoption barriers, and develop practical responses
  • Facilitate workshops with teams, functions and stakeholders across cultures
  • Translate transformation objectives into clear messages and actionable change activities
  • Support the development of proposals, RfPs, Statements of Work, client presentations, use cases, and thought leadership.
  • Mentor and support consulting talent of tomorrow in junior-senior setups
  • Contribute to the continued development of change and communication methods, tools and services.

Our approach is anchored in the Prosci® framework, while remaining adaptable to each client’s context, objectives, and needs.

Your qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced consultant who combines strong change management expertise with sound business understanding and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in delivering complex change management projects within the Life Science sector. You may have worked as a Change Manager, Transformation Consultant, Senior Consultant, Project Manager, or in a similar role.

We expect that you will have:

  • Several years of experience with change management methods, tools, and processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to translate complex changes into clear actions and messages
  • Experience with communication planning, training, and adoption activities
  • Experience with advisory, presales, proposals, or commercial support
  • Strong facilitation skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

It is a distinct advantage if you:

  • Have experience working in or for regulated industries such as life science or finance.
  • Understand digital transformation in Regulatory, Safety, Clinical, or related life science areas.
  • Are a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner.
  • Have experience from consultancy or customer-facing roles
  • Are curious about human behaviour, learning, culture and group dynamics.
  • Are a well-liked colleague.

Your personal profile:

You are motivated by helping people and organisations succeed with change. You create clarity, build trust, and help stakeholders understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to move forward.
You are proactive, structured, and able to balance strategic direction with practical execution. You communicate clearly, collaborate naturally, and take responsibility for delivering results together with your team and customers.
