Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talentedConsumer Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of consumer marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital, social media, on-ground activations, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Develop consumer-focused content and communication in collaboration with agencies.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Track campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, OTC Pharma, FMCG, or Healthcare.
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing and digital channels.
- Good analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
- Pharma/OTC experience is a strong advantage.
