Purchasing Manager

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with production requirements.
• Forecast material requirements and manage purchase planning.
• Plan and maintain safety stock levels to prevent production interruptions.
• Monitor inventory levels in coordination with production and warehouse teams.
• Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track purchasing KPIs and prepare regular reports for Plant Manager.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics are a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement within the manufacturing or food industry.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems.
• Understanding of inventory management and production planning.
