MS Dynamics 365 CRM - DevOps & Automation Specialist

Essential Job Functions:
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, and related Azure components using Azure DevOps and Microsoft ALM best practices.

• Manage CRM solution packaging, export/import automation, deployment validation, release branching, build definitions, release gates, and rollback procedures across development, test, UAT, staging, and production environments.

• Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, PAC CLI, Power Platform Build Tools, YAML pipelines, and reusable deployment scripts.

• Support environment provisioning, configuration management, connection references, environment variables, service principals, application users, security roles, and managed identity setup.

• Establish and enforce DevOps governance, release standards, source control practices, versioning strategy, deployment approvals, and auditability for CRM delivery teams.

• Work with developers to integrate plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript components, PCF controls, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and integration assets into automated build and deployment pipelines.

• Implement quality checks, static code analysis, automated deployment verification, smoke testing support, dependency validation, and release readiness controls.

• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures, deployment issues, CRM solution conflicts, missing dependencies, environment configuration gaps, and production release incidents.

• Maintain DevOps documentation including deployment guides, release calendars, runbooks, rollback plans, automation scripts, environment diagrams, and operational handover documents.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve release reliability, enhance security controls, and accelerate CRM delivery timelines.

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement delivery, with strong focus on DevOps, ALM, release management, and automation.

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps including repositories, branching strategies, build pipelines, release pipelines, YAML pipelines, approvals, gates, variable groups, service connections, and secure deployment practices.

• Practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM solution management, managed/unmanaged solutions, solution layering, dependency management, environment variables, connection references, and Dataverse environment administration.

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform Build Tools, PAC CLI, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Git, and automation scripting for CRM and Power Platform deployments.

• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development components including plugins, workflows, custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF controls, and integration assets to support automated release planning.

• Experience managing multiple CRM environments and supporting environment refreshes, backups, restores, configuration alignment, security setup, application users, and service principals.

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform administration, Dataverse security model, connectors, environment strategy, DLP considerations, and application lifecycle management.

• Experience integrating CRM deployment pipelines with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Services, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor.

• Ability to troubleshoot deployment failures, solution import errors, dependency conflicts, pipeline execution issues, environment-specific configuration problems, and release incidents.

• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, secure secrets management, privileged access controls, audit requirements, compliance checkpoints, and production release governance.

• Prior experience working in Egypt or supporting Egypt-based enterprise/government clients is preferred; Arabic language capability is an advantage.

Other Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, DevOps Engineer, or Solution Architect are preferred.

• Experience with automated testing tools, regression automation, EasyRepro, Playwright, Selenium, or similar test automation frameworks for CRM and Power Platform solutions is an advantage.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum, SAFe, DevSecOps, release trains, change advisory boards, and enterprise release governance is a plus.

• Knowledge of MEA market delivery requirements, Arabic/English bilingual delivery environments, data protection expectations, and public sector implementation practices is desirable.
