职位描述

1. 拓展规划：根据年度拓店目标制定门店增长规划与拓展方案。
2. 选址评估：对商圈及门店选址进行评估和谈判，对店铺位置、门店建设及租赁成本等关键指标负责。
3. 保障交付：与当地采购对接，确保建店交付能力，保障门店建设进度。
4. 客情维护：拓展物业资源，维护与地产商、Mall合作部门的关系。
5. 沙盘盘点：季度进行商圈沙盘盘点，维护商圈数据库。
6. 建店验收：根据门店建设标准及当地的法律法规协同总部、地区部与国家相关方进行门店验收。
7. 总部协同：配合执行总部建店组安排相关事项。
8. Expansion Planning: Develop store growth plans and expansion strategies in line with annual store-opening targets.
9. Evaluate Site Selection: Assess and negotiate the selection of business districts and store locations, taking responsibility for key indicators such as store location, construction, and rental costs.
10. Delivery Assurance: Coordinate with store construction suppliers to ensure delivery capabilities and maintain the construction progress of stores.
11. Partner Relations Maintenance: Expand real estate resources and maintain relationships with property developers and shopping mall cooperation departments.
12. Mapping: Conduct a quarterly mapping of business districts and maintain the business districts database.
13. Store Construction Acceptance: Inspect and accept stores with HQ and regional stakeholders based on construction standards and local laws and regulations.
14. Headquarter Coordination: Execute store establishment-related matters assigned by the HQ Expansion team.

职位要求

1. 候选人需非常熟悉当地零售市场及商圈业态；
2. 具备至少3年以上当地的门店拓展经验；
3. 与本地头部及腰部商业集团、Mall、地产集团有相关合作资源且具有良好的合作关系；
4. 熟悉建筑和装修流程，了解当地法律法规和行业标准。
5. 可流畅使用本国语言及英文进行口头与书面表达。
6. 建筑、工程管理、项目管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
7. 有头部商圈合作资源为加分项。
8. Candidates must be very familiar with the local retail market and business district format.
9. Possess at least 3 years of experience in local store expansion.
10. Have partnership resources with top-tier and mid-tier local commercial groups, malls, and real estate conglomerates, and maintain good cooperative relationships.
11. Be familiar with the construction and decoration process, and understand local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
12. Be able to fluently express themselves verbally and in writing in the native language and English.
13. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, engineering management, project management, or related fields.
14. Having partnership resources in top-tier business districts is a plus.
