About the team
The team focuses on driving seller growth and improving the overall seller experience on TikTok Shop. We work closely with sellers and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, uncover operational challenges, and develop data-driven solutions that improve seller performance and operational efficiency.

About this role
As an intern, you will play a key role in analyzing seller performance and project data to identify opportunities for improvement. You will monitor project progress, proactively identify potential issues, and work with the team to develop actionable solutions. You will also support various data analysis and operational initiatives that help streamline workflows and drive better outcomes for TikTok Shop sellers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis related to TikTok Shop sellers, and identify improvement of the selllers
• Regularly monitor and query the project progress, data, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Assist the team with various data analysis, operational tasks, that can contribute to improved workflow and efficiency.
• Analyze seller performance and suggest improvements based on data and seller feedback to enhance effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, mathematics, engineering, or any related field.
• Internship with operation/business-related work experience.
• Clear logic, strong execution ability, sharp critical thinking rigor, data analysis ability, and a strong self-drive.
• Good communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, and a proactive mindset. - Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia as the role will oversee Indonesia market.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications

• Past internship experience with e-commerce
