SAP CoE O2C Business Analysis Specialist II, Senior

You will be part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence focusing on SAP O2C (Order to Cash) Operations Support. You will develop expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), GTS (Global Trade Services), IT (International Trade) and the integration with other SAP Modules such as P2P (Procure to Pay), D2R (Demand to Replenishment) and RTR (Record to Report) as well as integration with non-SAP system via IDOC and APIs. You will lead requirements gathering and solution design by analyzing our needs, evaluating alternatives, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with enterprise systems, processes, and organizational goals. You will be required to build knowledge of the SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioning. You will be required to evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is adhered to as closely as possible. You will liaise remotely with several of your colleagues across the globe but will be based alongside other SAP Consultants in the Technology Centre in Shah Alam. Within a matrix organization you will report to the O2C Operations Lead, APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- You will develop expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), GTS (Global Trade Services), IT (International Trade) and the integration with other SAP Modules such as P2P (Procure to Pay), D2R (Demand to Replenishment) and RTR (Record to Report) as well as integration with non SAP system via IDOC and APIs.
- You will lead requirements gathering and solution design by analyzing business needs, evaluating alternatives, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with enterprise systems, processes, and organizational goals.
- You will drive our process improvement and business value through evaluation of workflows, leveraging technology (e.g., ERP systems) to recommend and implement efficient, cost-effective solutions.
- You will manage small to medium projects or workstreams using established project management methodologies, including planning, execution, risk identification, and timely delivery of outcomes.
- You will collaborate at all levels of the organization, translating complex technical concepts into clear business language while influencing stakeholders and ensuring alignment.
- You will provide technical and functional expertise to support system enhancements, user requests, and ERP delivery activities, including requirements documentation, user story development, and solution validation.
- You will review proposed solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic direction.
- You will support testing, deployment, and change management activities, including developing test plans, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring a smooth implementation of system and process changes.
- You will lead assessment and prioritization of automation and AI opportunities across business processes and functional domains, developing business cases and recommendations for adoption. Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and support implementation of AI-enabled solutions.
- You will mentor junior team members while contributing to team success, promoting collaboration, sharing knowledge, and promoting best practices within a high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or another business-related field is required
- Min 7 years' experience with process knowledge of SAP S/4HANA O2C modules
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA O2C modules and of end-to-end business processes within supply chain and manufacturing.
- Experience in the process design, configuration and troubleshooting of SAP S/4HANA modules.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing. To support China based businesses, Mandarin speaking is preferred.
- Played a senior role in some SAP S/4HANA implementations for these modules.·
- Knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing area
