- Supply of Lubricant by road from South Africa with constrains at the border
Activities
HSE & Compliance
- Ensure and enforce application of TotalEnergies’s HSE policy in all operations and activities
- Ensure strict compliance with the Company Code of Conduct, rules and procedures.
Supply Planning & Forecasting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly supply plans for fuels, lubricants and LPG
- Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend improvements
- Coordinate supply planning meetings with Commercial, Finance and Operations
- Develop replenishment plans ensuring product availability across depots and warehouses
- Prepare contingency supply plans for supply disruptions
Inventory Management
- Ensure optimized utilization of storage capacity and monitor ullage availability with storage providers.
- Manage inventory data within stock management tools (Lynks) and SAP.
Supply Operations Coordination
- Coordinate product deliveries from suppliers to terminals.
- Monitor vessel nominations and cargo movements and maintain vessel tracking reports.
- Coordinate product receipts with terminals and storage operators.
- Follow up supply execution to ensure timely product availability.
Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare daily supply dashboards.
- Analyze inventory performance, stock cover and product availability.
- Monitor supply costs and identify variances versus budget.
- Analyze demurrage, storage and logistics costs.
- Develop dashboards and KPI reports using Excel, Power BI or SAP tools.
Procurement & SAP Transactions
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and support Purchase Order (PO) creation and tracking.
- Perform Goods Receipts (GR) in SAP.
- Monitor supplier invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain supply master data integrity.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with suppliers, terminals, transporters and shipping agents.
- Participate in weekly supply, Commercial and operations meeting (COSUPCO)
- Support communication with regulators and industry bodies where applicable.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Define and track KPIs to monitor activities and produce appropriate reports.
Candidate Profile
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field.
3 to 5 years' experience in supply planning, logistics, inventory management or petroleum operations.
Experience in fuels, lubricants, LPG or chemical distribution is advantageous.
SAP MM / Inventory Management.
Advanced Excel.
Power BI or equivalent analytics tools.
Forecasting and inventory planning techniques.
Petroleum supply chain knowledge.
