We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Technical Consultant II to join our Data & Analytics Solutions team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Data & Analytics products and related technical solutions for new and existing clients.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to assess business and technical requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate them into implementation plans and solution designs.
• Facilitate or support requirements gathering sessions and document business, functional, and data requirements to support successful delivery.
• Apply knowledge of Asset Servicing, accounting, and investment operations processes to support solution design, implementation decisions, and client outcomes.
• Configure and support platform setup in line with client operating models, data requirements, and business needs.
• Write, review, and optimise SQL code to support data onboarding, transformation, validation, and reconciliation, aligned with BNY’s Snowflake-native data direction.
• Manage and support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Execute deliverables across implementation phases, including analysis, configuration, testing, data onboarding, knowledge transfer, user acceptance testing support, parallel run support, and go-live readiness.
• Apply an understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, release management, and production readiness, to support high-quality implementations.
• Provide technical guidance and product expertise to support client adoption and effective use of solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Project Management, Product Development, Support, and other cross-functional teams to deliver implementations on time and to a high standard.
• Support junior team members through guidance, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day collaboration across implementation activities.
• Use mandated tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and modern engineering tools to document requirements, track risks and issues, and monitor delivery progress.
• Leverage modern development and productivity tools, such as Windsurf, to improve delivery efficiency, code quality, and team collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong knowledge of Data & Analytics products, platform capabilities, implementation methodologies, and relevant industry practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, client experience, and delivery quality.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• 3–7 years of experience in technology consulting, software implementation, professional services, or financial systems delivery.
• Experience working with data platforms, accounting solutions, or financial services technology implementations; experience with Eagle is beneficial.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills, with the ability to write and troubleshoot queries for data analysis, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and related data tooling is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, testing support, and implementation delivery activities.
• Experience in Asset Servicing, investment operations, or accounting-related processes, including one or more of Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, or Custody, is strongly preferred.
• Experience in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and translating business needs into functional and technical outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new platforms, tools, and product capabilities quickly.
• Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint; exposure to modern developer tools such as Windsurf is beneficial.
• Ability to analyse problems, connect detailed technical requirements to broader business outcomes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of key data and process flows such as holdings, transactions, pricing, valuations, reconciliation, and reporting is strongly preferred.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to support less experienced team members through coaching, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
