Operations Technical Training Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and manage technical training programs to support business and operational objectives.
• Develop training materials, certification programs, competency assessments, and skills matrices.
• Identify workforce skill gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee capabilities.
• Support employee onboarding, compliance requirements, customer audits, and operational readiness.
• Supervise and develop trainers while monitoring training effectiveness and performance metrics.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training, manufacturing engineering, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and technical training methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality systems, Lean Manufacturing, problem-solving tools, and competency-based development.
• Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO and IPC.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions.
