For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Intralogistics Specialist for our Manisa facility.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of global intralogistics standards, methods, and processes across production sites.
• Coordinate and manage international intralogistics and supply chain projects.
• Analyze warehouse operations and material flow processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive sustainable solutions.
• Support process, technology, and layout planning activities within production environments.
• Drive initiatives to improve material availability, delivery reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and optimize warehouse management, Kanban, and material supply concepts.
• Gather and evaluate business requirements and support related system enhancement and digitalization initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, training activities, and best-practice implementation across global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in intralogistics, warehouse operations, or material flow management within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in shopfloor logistics and warehouse operations.
• Experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Knowledge of process improvement, lean logistics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with SAP; SAP EWM experience is a strong advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
