About the Role

As a key leader in our facility, you'll be at the heart of operations--driving safety, quality, efficiency, and innovation. You'll:

• Champion a safe and compliant work environment
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement using our WPMS (Wis-Pak Performance Management System)
• Shape the future with strategic capital and operating budgets
• Be a vital part of our Food Safety and Audit Teams
• Inspire and coach your team to meet production goals and exceed expectations
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

What We're Looking For

You're a natural leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of food manufacturing experience
• Strong people and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, SharePoint, and other business tools
