The Associate Digital Merchandiser is responsible for executing and optimizing category-level digital experiences to support overall ecommerce strategy. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver compelling site presentations, leverage data-driven insights, and enhance the customer journey to drive conversion and sales performance.
Responsibilities
• Execute and maintain category pages, ensuring accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned digital storytelling
• Optimize onsite merchandising strategies, including product assortment, placement, and navigation
• Analyze ecommerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales, and customer behavior) to identify trends and opportunities
• Support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and key business initiatives across digital channels
• Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, and Creative teams to align site content with broader business goals
• Monitor site performance and recommend enhancements to improve the customer experience and conversion rates
• Assist in A/B testing, personalization strategies, and continuous optimization efforts
• Ensure product data, content, and imagery are complete, accurate, and timely
Qualifications
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
• Experience working with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), or similar systems
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Education
• Bachelor's degree preferred
