AI 3D Creative Marketing Designer

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily community operations and content publishing across Reddit, Discord, Twitter, and YouTube.
2. Create templates, assets, short videos, and other creative content using your 3D design skills to lower the barrier for new users.
3. Identify and engage with global creators (KOCs), and produce case studies and creator interview content.
4. Gather community feedback, share insights with the product team, and help optimize new user conversion funnels.
5. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to plan community activities and campaigns around product launches.
6. 负责Reddit、Discord、Twitter、YouTube等海外社区的日常运营与内容发布。
7. 利用3D设计技能制作模板、素材、短视频等创意内容，降低用户使用门槛。
8. 挖掘并维护海外创作者（KOC），策划案例故事及创作者访谈内容。
9. 收集社区用户反馈，推动产品优化，并参与新用户转化路径的优化。
10. 联动产品、市场团队，配合产品发布节点策划社区活动与传播内容。

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Design, Digital Media, Animation, Game Design, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of hands-on 3D design experience; proficient in at least one major tool such as Blender, Maya, C4D, Unreal Engine, or Unity.
3. Familiar with the content culture and operational rules of overseas platforms including Reddit, Discord, YouTube, and X.
4. Fluent in written English, with the ability to write posts and communicate with global users independently.
5. Basic video editing skills to produce short tutorials or product demo content on your own.
6. Highly self-driven, sensitive to AI + 3D industry trends, and proactive in identifying opportunities and solving problems. Nice to Have：
7. Proven experience in overseas community growth or a personal creator account with an engaged following.
8. Familiarity with AI image generation tools like Midjourney or Stable Diffusion.
9. 本科及以上学历，设计、数字媒体、动画、游戏等相关专业优先。
10. 3年以上3D设计经验，熟练使用Blender/Maya/C4D或Unreal/Unity中的至少一款。
11. 熟悉Reddit、Discord、YouTube等海外平台的内容生态与运营规则。
12. 英文读写流利，能独立撰写英文帖子并与海外用户沟通。
13. 具备基础视频剪辑能力，能独立产出短视频教程或产品展示内容。
14. 对AI+3D行业趋势保持敏感，自驱力强，善于主动发现问题与机会。 加分项
