• 整合客户需求，制定短期和长期生产计划；

• Integrate customer demands and formulate short-term and long-term production plans;

• 在保证满足客户需求的同时控制成品库存 ；

• Control finished product inventory while ensuring customer satisfaction;

• 理解生产计划的制定方法。将短中期生产计划提供给各部门，保证其与年度计划一致；评估客户预测的可靠性，保证本公司自定预测的准确性的提高；

• Understand the methods for formulating production plans. Provide short-term and medium-term production plans to various departments to ensure their consistency with the annual plan; Evaluate the reliability of customer forecasts and improve the accuracy of our own predictions;

• 控制死库存；

• Control obsolete inventory;

• 当产能出现问题时管理并确定需求的优先顺序；

• Manage and determine the priority order of demands when production capacity is an issue;

• 在满足生产计划的前提下，保持合理的零件安全库存；

• Maintain a reasonable safety stock of parts while meeting the production plan;

• 明确所有的产品和服务的需求，尤其是通过对客户需求的管理和月度汽车销售的预测，来明确公司销售计划；

Clarify the requirements for all products and services, especially by managing customer demands and making monthly car sales forecasts to clearly define the company's sales plan;

• 保证月度计划，周计划，客户排程和主生产计划的一致性；

Ensure the consistency of monthly plans, weekly plans, customer scheduling and master production plans;

• 提高预测的准确性，需要连续的基于需求计划周度评估和基于销售预测的月评估；
• Ensure the consistency of monthly plans, weekly plans, customer scheduling and master production plans;
• 评估生产计划的执行状况；
• Evaluate the execution status of the production plan;
• 根据SAP的运行结果，更新供应商的送货计划；
• Update the delivery plans of suppliers based on the operation results of SAP;
• 根据项目采购的要求，在SAP系统变更和调整物料的供应商和各供应商供货比例；

Adjust the material suppliers and the supply proportions of each supplier in the SAP system according to the requirements of project procurement;

• 负责每周向供应商发布滚动预测和定单；

Be responsible for releasing rolling forecasts and orders to suppliers on a weekly basis;

• 定期召开工程变更协调会议，防止死库存、管理死库存；

Regularly hold engineering change coordination meetings to prevent and manage dead inventories;

• 根据客户更新的计划，相应调整库存，并对库存进行分析；

Adjust inventory according to the updated plans from customers and conduct analysis of the inventory;

• 确保健康、安全和环境的法规和条例的执行,遵守公司产品安全法规；

Ensure the implementation of health, safety and environmental regulations and rules, and comply with the company's product safety regulations;
