Operation Officer

1. Maintain the accuracy of loading, discharge and transshipment

2. Arrange loading according to the released booking, space allocation and sales team special requirements.

3. Send loading forecast to the partner and arrange rollover to meet the allocation and ensure each and every shipment catch planned/targeted ship

4. Handling discharge and transshipment as per discharge list and system manifest list.

5. Timely update cargo movement and close vessel after the vessel departure, and sending various report to concerned parties, such as final loading list, ACR report, load and discharge summary etc.

6. Calculating the special unit's storage charge, recording COV/COD fee and send to relative parties

7. Provide good service to local clients, when there is necessary, such as offer late come to the customer (base on vessel schedule and space allocation).

Requirements

1. College graduates or above.

2. Excellent understanding/writing English ability, CET 4 or above.

3. Strong teamwork spirit, hard-working and self-motivated.

4. Stable, carefulness, responsible, efficient.

5. Good computer skill, familiar with MS-Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word).
