The Impact You'll Make

Responsibility to lead, manage, and facilitate Procurement Projects. This includes successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the projects at the assigned locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Material Saving
   Responsibility in the delivery of cost saving projects with all project levers by ensuring that projects are managed properly and meeting all expectations.
2. Strategic and Risk Mitigation projects
   Responsibility in the delivery of dual source, localization and other risk mitigation projects, by ensuring that projects are managed properly and meeting all expectations.
3. NPD / Innovation Support
   Responsibility in the delivery of NPD projects, or supporting projects managing and coordinating procurement activities.
4. Business Case Development
   Create business cases with a Total Cost of Ownership mindset. Get them presented to and approved by the business.
5. Pipeline
   Participate/support cost saving pipeline/workshop for resource, technical and process levers.
6. Project Leadership
   Lead cross function project team and facilitate project progress and ensure team's result and output.

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor degree or above, with at least 3-5 years project or procurement management working experience - Turning parts,casting
2. Procurement Process knowledge
3. Strategic Thinking and negotiation Skills
4. Strong communication skills (influencing others,idea Generation & Problem Solving)
5. Proficient in using various office software and basic knowhow of SAP or PLM
6. Fluent business English, verbal and writing is a must
