What You Will Do

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Minimum 10 years of project or program management experience in manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.

具备10年以上制造业、医疗器械、制药、医疗健康或相关行业项目管理经验。

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from initiation through completion.

具备领导跨职能团队及管理复杂项目从启动到完成全过程的经验。

• Experience working directly with customers and managing customer relationships in a dynamic business environment.

具备直接面向客户并管理客户关系的经验，能够适应快速变化的业务环境。

• Experience in project planning, schedule management, resource allocation, cost control, and risk management.

具备项目规划、进度管理、资源协调、成本控制及风险管理经验。

• Experience supporting new business opportunities, including opportunity assessment, proposal development, and quotation activities.

具备支持新业务机会开发的经验，包括机会评估、方案制定及报价活动。

What Will Put You Ahead

• Skilled in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering related.

有相关机械或材料成型等工程技术背景优先。

• PMP, or equivalent project management certification (current or previously held) is preferred.

具备或曾持有PMP或同等项目管理认证者认证者优先。

• Strong understanding of project financial management, cost modeling, budget control, and contract/agreement review, with the ability to identify business risks and support sound decision-making.

具备较强的项目财务管理、成本模型建立、预算控制及合同/协议评审能力，能够识别业务风险并支持项目决策。

• Knowledge of product design and development, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management is preferred.

• Experience managing projects across multiple regions, functions, and cultures within a global organization.

• Medical device product design and development project management experience.
