Your Job

• Perform the Payment Execution Operations.

• Improved payment operational processes through the research and implementation of best practices, systems, policies, regulations, and procedures etc.

• Support projects and other activities assigned by line manager.

What You Will Do

• On time payment initiation and processing in ERP & online bank portals both local currency & foreign currency for Asia Pacific entities.

• Closely monitor and follow up urgent payment requests.

• FX payment supporting documents preparation and validation by the local regulation to ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and compliance with SAFE requirements.

• Fully handling payment clearing.

• Ensure daily operation meet the internal/external control requirement.

• Collaborate with banks and requestor to resolve payment return & rejection promptly and accurately.

• Prepare and submit governmental reports with precise data, ensuring timely submission.

• Proactively identify process pain points and improvement opportunities, leveraging available tools and cross-functional collaboration to drive process changes and continuous improvement.

• Provide the input for the various audit and inspection procedures related to the payments as per required by the regulators or auditors.

• Ad hoc projects/tasks assigned.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: • Bachelor’s degree or above.

PREFERRED: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: • At least 2 years of experience in payment execution, Accounts Payable, or related finance operations.

• Workable English skills in writing and speaking;

• Proficient in using Office-related components, with additional experience in automation being a plus
