Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities 1.Growth Business Development & SSR Architecture Take charge of frontend development for core growth scenarios, including Studio portal, official website, marketing landing pages, campaign pages and SEO/GEO content pages. Adopt SSR frameworks such as Nuxt.js (Vue) or Next.js (React), and flexibly adopt hybrid rendering strategies including SSG, ISR and SSR to ensure content is fully crawlable and readable for search engines and AI crawlers. 2.Implementation of SEO & GEO Strategies SEO: Execute standard SEO practices including TDK optimization, semantic HTML markup, structured data deployment and Sitemap management. Evaluate optimization effects and iterate solutions by tracking core data metrics. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Monitor traffic fluctuations driven by AI search, analyze content performance based on data indicators, optimize information architecture and citation strategies to boost brand exposure and recommendation weight in AI-generated answers. 3.Performance Optimization & Multi-terminal UI Restoration Master core web performance metrics under Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS, INP). Lead special performance optimization initiatives such as resource preloading, code splitting, edge caching and modern image format transformation to deliver ultra-fast page loading speed. Strong CSS development and multi-terminal adaptation capabilities. Deliver pixel-perfect UI restoration for desktop, mobile devices and various WebView environments with precise control over complex layouts, delicate interactions and cross-screen display effects. 4.Growth Experimentation & Engineering Collaboration Proficient with modern frontend engineering infrastructure (CI/CD, component libraries, project scaffolding, automated testing, etc.). You do not need to build infrastructure from scratch but can efficiently leverage existing engineering systems for delivery. Understand growth experiment technologies including A/B test traffic splitting, gray release, full-event tracking and trackless tracking. Cooperate with product and data teams to launch high-frequency experiments rapidly and complete data collection. 5.In-depth AI Utilization & Rigorous Attention to UI Details Beyond basic AI tool usage, you integrate AI thoroughly into daily development workflows, such as automated design-to-code pipelines, AI-generated test case development & maintenance, intelligent code review workflows, to significantly improve development efficiency and code quality. Work closely with UI designers with strict pixel-level restoration standards, focusing on exquisite micro-interactions and ultimate visual detail presentation. 你需要做什么

3. 性能与多端样式还原 掌握 Core Web Vitals (LCP/FID/CLS/INP) 等核心性能指标，能主导性能优化专项：资源预加载、代码分割、边缘缓存、图片现代化格式等，让页面足够快。 具备出色的样式编写与多端适配能力，负责 PC、移动端以及各类 WebView 内的 UI 高保真还原，对复杂布局、细节交互、不同屏幕下的表现都有很好的掌控力。
4. 增长实验与工程化协作 理解并能熟练使用现代前端工程化设施（CI/CD、组件库、脚手架、自动化测试等），不要求从零搭建，但需要能高效地在已有体系中工作。 理解 A/B 测试分流、灰度发布、全埋点/无埋点等增长实验相关技术，能配合产品与数据团队，让高频实验快速上线并完成数据回收。
5. AI 深度使用与 UI 细节追求 不满足于简单使用 AI 工具，而是已经将 AI 深度融入自己的开发工作流（例如：设计稿转代码的自动化链路、利用 AI 生成与维护测试用例、构建智能代码审查流程等），真正用 AI 大幅提升效率和质量。 与设计师紧密配合，对 UI 还原有“像素眼”，追求微交互和视觉细节的极致呈现。

Qualifications

What We Expect From You 1.Solid Foundational Skills Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related majors, with 3–8 years of front-end development experience. Exceptionally solid front-end fundamentals: proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with in-depth understanding of browser operating principles, HTTP protocol and front-end security. 2.Hands-on Experience with SSR Frameworks Skilled in the Vue or React ecosystem, with proven project delivery experience using Nuxt.js or Next.js. 3.SEO/GEO Awareness & Data Literacy Practical experience in SEO optimization, familiar with structured data implementation, capable of rolling out optimizations guided by data metrics. Curious about and motivated to research GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), grasp the basic logic of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for LLMs, and know how to structure content for better citation by AI models. 4.Performance Tuning & Multi-device Styling Capabilities Adept at performance diagnosis via tools like Lighthouse and Chrome Performance panel, with real-world performance optimization project cases. Strong CSS proficiency, adept at responsive layout and mobile adaptation, able to achieve pixel-perfect design restoration with rigorous attention to details. 5.Engineering Mindset & Experiment-oriented Thinking Familiar with modern front-end engineering workflows including build tools, code standards, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for quick integration into the team’s development system.
