What You Will Do

· Partner closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement teams to provide financial insights and business decision support.

· Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and 10-days/monthly business performance reviews.

· Establish and enhance KPI monitoring frameworks and provide management reporting to support decision-making.

· Analyze key business metrics including revenue, cost, inventory, capacity utilization and operational efficiency to identify risks and opportunities.

· Support profitability analysis, investment evaluations and business case assessments.

· Drive cost optimization, inventory improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

· Promote financial digitalization and automation through effective use of analytical tools and reporting solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business performance and continuous improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

· Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, · Business Administration or related disciplines.

· Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting or Supply Chain Finance is preferred.

· Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management and cost accounting.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and VBA/Macros.

· Good Power BI skills with the ability to independently perform data modeling, data transformation, dashboard development and business reporting.

· Familiarity with ERP systems QAD is an advantage.

Good written and verbal English communication skills are preferred.
