Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities 1.Lead the core backend development of the 3DGenAI commercialization platform, covering modules such as orders, payment, billing, subscription, benefits and financial reconciliation. 2.Oversee domain modeling, architecture design and technology selection for the transaction link to guarantee data consistency of capital, orders and benefit assets. 3.Take charge of system performance tuning, capacity planning and stability optimization, and drive the continuous iteration and evolution of core systems. 4.Possess in-depth understanding of databases, cache, message queues and other middleware components, capable of troubleshooting complex online production issues and driving targeted optimization. 5.Collaborate with product, finance, algorithm and payment teams to deliver complex projects and formulate standardized engineering specifications. 岗位职责 1、负责 3DGenAI 商业化平台核心后端建设，覆盖订单、支付、计费、订阅、权益及对账等领域； 2、主导交易链路的领域建模、架构设计和技术选型，保障资金、订单与权益的一致性； 3、负责系统性能、容量和稳定性建设，推动核心系统持续演进； 4、深入理解数据库、缓存和消息队列等组件，能够处理复杂线上问题并推动改进； 5、与产品、财务、算法及支付团队协作，推动复杂项目落地并沉淀工程规范。

Qualifications

Job Requirements 1.Over 3 years of backend development experience with hands-on experience building order, transaction, payment, billing, subscription or benefit systems. 2.Proficient in at least one backend language such as Golang or Java, with solid fundamentals in concurrent programming, network communication and data storage. 3.In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, including idempotency, message reliability, distributed transactions, eventual consistency and data reconciliation. 4.Familiar with MySQL, Redis and mainstream message queues, with a thorough grasp of their working principles, capacity limits, failure modes and disaster recovery mechanisms. 5.Experience acting as the technical owner for core production systems. Able to deliver architecture design, technology selection, performance & capacity planning, stability assurance and release delivery, and formulate system evolution plans tailored to business constraints. 6.Strong cross-team communication and technical promotion skills to align multiple stakeholders for the delivery of complex projects. Preferred Qualifications 1.Experience with global SaaS, cross-border payment, multi-currency settlement, subscription billing or third-party payment gateway integration. 2.Experience building high-concurrency transaction systems, real-time billing platforms, large-scale asynchronous task systems or complex state machine systems. 3.Familiar with AWS, Kubernetes, multi-region deployment and disaster recovery architecture. 4.Experience with AI generation tasks, GPU resource scheduling or pay-as-you-go billing models. Good English communication skills.
