Job Title： Senior Maintenance Technician

Job Overview：

The Senior Maintenance Technician is a core technical and management position responsible for the daily operation, troubleshooting, repair, and regular maintenance of all sewing equipment in the production workshop. This role also undertakes team daily management, technical guidance for junior maintenance staff, equipment failure prevention, and production line equipment efficiency guarantee. The incumbent needs to ensure stable, efficient, and safe operation of all sewing and auxiliary production equipment to support continuous doll garment production progress.
