Description

Responsible for provide RO clinical total solutions, collect customer feedback and work closely with R&D. Provide onsite training and improve workflow continuously.

Responsibilities

 Able to coach internal colleagues on beam data collection, post model adjustment and verification/or physics service &application training in Elekta Solution of Unity/Linacs/Brachytherapy/MOSAIQ/LGK/Clarity
能够培训及指导内部同事完成数据采集、模型调整和验证等物理服务，或者医科达

 Be able to provide advanced level training to customer base on requirements 基于客户及公司的需求,为客户提供高级培训l

 Improve clinical workflow, enhance our product's reputation and frequency in clinical using.优化科室流程, 提高产品在科室的使用频率和良好声誉。
 Responsible for local product clinical workflow and features testing, create user's guide. 负责本地化产品的临床流程测试和使用文档撰写。
 Collect customer feedback, and transfer needs to R&D.定期收集客户需求，并整理成内部需求文档，反馈给研发部门.
 Maintain customer relationship and explore new show sites. 维护现有客户并开拓新的 show site.
 Support business development, such as product support and clinical solutions in pre-sale. 支持售前业务，如售前讲课和方案的制订。
 Collaborate with key customers to write the clinical case studies to illuminate the clinical values of Elekta RT solutions 与关键客户合作撰写临床应用病例研究以阐述公司放疗解决方案临床价值
 Organize user groups/user meetings to share and promote advanced clinical applications in China.公司产品国内高级临床应用
 Prepare application and clinical related publications, newsletters, brochures and other marketing materials 准备与公司产品关联临床应用发表论文，报道，宣传册及其它市场资料

 Bachelor degree or above in medical physics or radiation medicine 医学物理或者放射医学业大学本科或以上毕业
 More than 3 years working experience at medical equipment application team in multinational companies 3年以上跨国公司医疗器械培训工作经验.
 More than 3 years clinical experience in hospital 3年以上医院放疗临床工作经验
 Good communication skills 良好的沟通技巧
 Good skills of Microsoft Office and computer skills. 熟练掌握Microsoft office 办公软件其他相软件:
 Good command of English and Chinese writing/speaking 良好的英文/中文说写能力
