Accountant

1.Responsible for the issuance of debit notes and corresponding tax invoices in strict compliance with financial regulations.

2.Complete the clearance of outstanding notices and submit standardized progress updates to Headquarters (HQ) as required.

3.Conduct continuous, systematic credit monitoring for relevant business accounts to mitigate financial risks.

4.Perform full verification of FI invoices and complete accurate MIRO posting operations in the SAP system.

5.Compile and distribute the official daily bank balance report to relevant stakeholders on time.

6.Process intercompany transaction entries in the SAP system,

7.And fulfill other ad-hoc work tasks assigned by the direct Manager.

Requirements

1.College diploma or above, major in accounting or finance related.

2.Fluent writing and speaking both of Chinese and English.

3.Good knowledge of the local policies and regulation.

4.Proficient in SAP; Certificate of Accounting Professional.

5.To have ability to work under pressure.
