1. Quality management of purchased components, responsible for handling quality issues throughout the entire lifecycle of purchased components, including incoming process, manufacturing process and after-sales.

采购件质量管理，负责采购件全生命周期内的质量问题处理，包含来料、制造过程及售后。

1. Quality management of suppliers, responsible for tracking the quality status of suppliers and continuously improving the quality level of suppliers, reducing the defective rate of supplier products and reducing non-conformance costs.

供应商质量管理，负责对供应商质量情况进行跟踪，并不断提升供应商质量水平，降低供应商产品不良率，降低不符合成本。

1. Dynamic management of incoming inspection, responsible for maintaining and upgrading the inspection criterion and control plans for purchased components.

入厂检验动态管理，负责采购件的检验规范、检验控制计划的维护及动态升级。

1. Qualification assessment, conducting qualification assessments for new suppliers and new materials and completing the release process.

资质评估，对新供应商及新材料进行资质评估，完成释放。

1. Project interface, undertaking interface work in the project, coordinating with R&D to implement the technical specifications of purchased components and cooperating with related work in the project.

项目接口，承担项目中的接口工作，对接研发落实采购件技术规范，并配合项目中的相关工作。

期待你具备的技能&胜任力：

1. Bachelor's degree or above in materials science, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, etc. Those with experience in quality management or process-related work for mechanical components will be given priority.

材料学、机械工程、电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，有机械加工类部件质量管理或工艺相关经历者优先；

1. Be familiar with gauge and test material properties, including mechanical and electronic related.

熟悉材料测试和检验设备包括机械类和电子类相关；

1. Competence for quality methodology, data analysis and office tools operation.

具备质量管理方法、数据分析挖掘和办公软件操作等技能；

1. Good written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English；

良好的中文和英语沟通交流能力；

1. Certificated with ISO9001, ISO14001, VDA6.3 is preferred.

具备ISO9001,ISO14001,VDA6.3内审员资质优先。

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, excellent graduates are also considered.

3年或以上相关工作经验, 优秀的2026年毕业生也考虑。
