We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of global IT projects from initiation through closure.
  • Own project design, planning, execution, monitoring, and governance across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and delivery outcomes to agreed timelines.
  • Partner with cross-functional technology teams to ensure project objectives are met and aligned to business goals.
  • Produce and maintain core project artefacts: project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively; escalate issues with clear options and recommendations.
  • Run regular project forums/meetings to drive decisions, track actions, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Use standard project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools to improve delivery efficiency and transparency.
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable delivery plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and project outcomes, promoting collaboration and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ project management experience, specifically in IT project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within scope.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies: networking, servers, databases, middleware, and storage.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail (planning, tracking, documentation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels and teams.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote/distributed environment with strong self-motivation and discipline.
