PRIMARY PURPOSE:
New assembly machine / fixture /process developmentNew vision inspection machine developmentStandardization and modularization developmentSupport to resolve product issue for new product (analysis and improve proposal ), and support to improve for mass production
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop the assembly process and machine to meet production requirementLead automation engineer / technician to build up assembly process and machineWork with PD for new product feasibility and low cost design reviewWork with vision / electrical control engineer to develop the vision / assembly machineWork with PD, PE, AQP to fully debug the process and assembly toolingLead to product issue resolve.
SCOPE:
Consumer electronics, automobiles, medical equipment and other product automation industries
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
University graduated. Major in Automation / machine design
PREFERRED:
Double first-class University (双一流大学)
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
8 years experiences in machine / process development,8 years experiences in the field of auto equipment development5 years connector tooling / process design experienceUnderstand the process of stamping, molding, assembly process
PREFERRED:
· Rich Mechanical design experience, spcially for connector auto assembly machine
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
- Solid Design - NX Design
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance(GDT)
- Failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)
- Basic Product design / application concept
PREFERRED:
Good EnglishBasic motion control related knowledgeBasic Product design / application conceptGood team workerGood communication skill
OTHER:
Experience in automation in the same industry is preferred, such as Foxconn/Amphenol/ Tyco , etc.
