PRIMARY PURPOSE:

1.     New assembly machine / fixture /process development
   

2.     New vision inspection machine development
   

3.     Standardization and modularization development
   

4.     Support to resolve product issue for new product (analysis and improve proposal ), and support to improve for mass production
   

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.   Design and develop the assembly process and machine to meet production requirement
   

2.   Lead automation engineer / technician to build up assembly process and machine
   

3.   Work with PD for new product feasibility and low cost design review
   

4.   Work with vision / electrical control engineer to develop the vision / assembly machine
   

5.   Work with PD, PE, AQP to fully debug the process and assembly tooling
   

6.   Lead to product issue resolve.
   

SCOPE:

Consumer electronics, automobiles, medical equipment and other product automation industries

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED:

University graduated. Major in Automation / machine design

PREFERRED:

Double first-class University (双一流大学)

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:

1.   8 years experiences in machine / process development, 
   

2.   8 years experiences in the field of auto equipment development
   

3.   5 years connector tooling / process design experience
   

4.   Understand the process of stamping, molding, assembly process
   

PREFERRED:

· Rich Mechanical design experience, spcially for connector auto assembly machine

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED:

1. Solid Design - NX Design
2. Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance(GDT)
3. Failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)
4. Basic Product design / application concept

PREFERRED:

1.   Good English
   

2.   Basic motion control related knowledge 
   

3.   Basic Product design  / application concept
   

4.   Good team worker
   

5.   Good  communication skill
   

OTHER:

Experience in automation in the same industry is preferred, such as Foxconn/Amphenol/ Tyco , etc.
