Location: Homebased in Egypt, with installations mostly in Egypt with frequent travels in wider EMEA region
Travel Requirement: Up to 80% (Each installation: ~1-4 weeks)

Your Role
As a Hardware Installer, you will play a critical role in bringing cutting-edge radiotherapy equipment to hospitals across the region. You’ll work hands-on at customer sites, ensuring smooth installations and system acceptance while collaborating closely with end users. This is a dynamic, travel-intensive position where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and upgrade Varian products following technical guidelines.
- Provide basic user training and guidance on system operations and maintenance.
- Advise customers on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, upgrades, and technical interventions.
- Ensure compliance with company documentation standards and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
- Work independently and in teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
What You Bring
- Education: Technical diploma or university degree in electronics, electrical, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- Technical expertise in mechanics, PC-based systems, and electronic/ systems.
- Experience with product specifications, safety, and security.
- Fluent English skills (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
