As a Life Safety Project & Order Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of flow and project orders for customers across the Middle East and EMEA region, including sales order processing, delivery coordination, project execution, and milestone invoicing.

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Engineering, Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will represent Eaton with customers while acting as an advocate for customers within Eaton. You will manage customer escalations, drive issue resolution, ensure on-time delivery of projects and orders, and support continuous improvement initiatives across people, processes, and technology.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Manage customer projects and orders from order entry through delivery, invoicing, and project closure.
  • Lead project execution activities, including scope management, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and customer communication.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Manage Delivery-to-Order (DTO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) projects of varying complexity.
  • Monitor project performance against delivery, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Manage milestone billing, invoicing activities, and commercial requirements in partnership with Finance.
  • Act as the primary customer contact and escalation focal point, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Support tendering, quotation, and project qualification activities for new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate quality claims and Voice of Customer feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence across customer-facing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Order Management, Customer Operations, or Customer Support within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with customer-facing project execution and order-to-cash processes.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with the Life Safety industry and products, including Emergency Lighting and Fire Systems.
  • Order Management experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle.
  • Experience managing Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Delivery-to-Order (DTO) projects.
  • Knowledge of regional certification requirements, including SASO, SABER, KFF, TUV KSA, and National Certification Bodies.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with logistics, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
  • Understanding of Middle East countries' import, export, and border regulations.
  • Customer-facing experience and experience working with manufacturing plants and supply chain teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and customer environment.
  • Ability to forecast, follow up on business targets, and support Profit Plan achievement.
  • Good understanding of Eaton Business Systems, processes, and quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

Technical Skills

  • SAP proficiency.
  • Salesforce knowledge preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and Lean methodologies is an advantage.
  • PMP certification is considered an asset.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent English written and verbal communication.

  • Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
