As a SAP CPI - PIPO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, extending PwC's global delivery capabilities. You will be responsible for providing premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability, supporting client engagements within our Digital Core Modernisation network. As a Manager, you will lead teams to solve complex business issues, from strategy to execution, while fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities

• Leading SAP technology consulting projects, focusing on SAP CPI and PIPO solutions
• Managing client engagements to deliver process quality and support business transformation initiatives
• Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP-based solutions
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data-driven decision-making processes
• Overseeing the integration of SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver to optimize system performance
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges
• Promoting the adoption of innovative SAP technologies and practices across client projects
• Confirming data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
• Coaching team members to foster professional growth and development
• Analyzing complex business issues to provide meaningful recommendations and solutions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation
• Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
• Embracing change and fostering innovation in client engagements
