Product Designer, Amazon Pay India

We're seeking a creative and customer-obsessed Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of digital payments in India.

Key job responsibilities

• Design innovative and frictionless payment experiences for Amazon Pay's multiple use-cases, including Rewards, Automatic Payments, Post Transaction Experience, and Bill Payments.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems that can be applied across various payment scenarios, adhering to Amazon's design principles.
• Utilize data-driven insights and conduct user research to inform design decisions, aligning with Amazon's culture of measuring everything.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate concepts throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and organizational leaders to ideate and deliver best-in-class experiences for our customers and partners.
• Champion Amazon's customer-centric approach by advocating for user needs and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Contribute to key research studies to better understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations in the digital payments space.
• Work cross-functionally with teams across Amazon to ensure cohesive design implementation and alignment with broader company goals.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of design experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
