Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

to lead a INR 200 Cr EPC business. The CEO will be responsible for overall business growth, profitability, project execution, operational excellence, and building a strong organisation for the next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the overall P&L, business strategy, revenue growth and profitability

  of the organisation.

• Lead end-to-end EPC operations including business development, bidding, project execution, procurement, contracts and commercial functions

  .

• Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients, consultants, government authorities, partners and vendors

  .

• Drive order book growth through strategic business development, tendering and new market opportunities.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution with strong focus on quality, safety, timelines and margins

  .

• Oversee project financials, working capital, cash flows, contractual risks and claims.

• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team and strengthen organisational processes and governance.

• Identify opportunities for geographical expansion, new segments and strategic partnerships

  .

• Provide regular business performance updates to the Board/Promoters

  and drive execution of strategic priorities.

Ideal Candidate

• 18–25+ years of experience, with significant leadership experience in the EPC / Infrastructure / Construction

  sector.

• Proven track record of managing a ₹200 Cr+ business/P&L

  and delivering profitable growth.

• Strong exposure to project execution, tendering, contracts, commercial management and business development

  .

• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and develop a sustainable order book.

• Strong commercial acumen, leadership capability and strategic orientation.

• Experience working directly with Promoters/Board/Investors

  will be preferred.
