What You'll Own

• Manage accounting operations, including:
  • Sales entries
  • Petty cash
  • Customer reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Asset reconciliations
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Generate invoices accurately and on time.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments via email and phone.
• Compute and file statutory returns, including:
  • Income Tax
  • GST
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer and company data.
• Contribute to special projects aligned with your strengths and capabilities.

What You Need to Bring

• 12th Commerce background, B. Com or M.com qualification.
• Working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong spreadsheet and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to analyse and understand financial information, not just enter data.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Preferred

• Candidates below 34 years of age are preferred.
