Responsibilities may include:
* Pipeline Management of Requisitions
* Resume Rating & Mining
* Recruiting Candidates
* Candidate/Client Interaction
* Candidate Offer Letter Generation
* Candidate Screening using Behavioral Based Interviewing
* Database Updates/Management
* Other Administrative Support as Assigned (Interview scheduling, background checks, etc)
Skills Required:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Minimum 1 years recruiting or staffing experience
* Desired like business/professional experience
* High degree of flexibility, self-motivation, and drive
* Very strong oral and written communication skills
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
* Ability to be self-directed in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional quality of work
* Ability to handle high pressure situations in a professional & customer focused manner
