Dredging: Over the past few years, we have evolved from a basic dredging company to a comprehensive dredging services provider. We are the largest dredging organization for the past two decades, offering a diverse range of services including maintenance dredging, capital dredging, and environmental dredging solutions.
Job Purpose: Superintendent – Operations CSD & Ancillaries manages the operation and maintenance of support crafts, ensuring daily operational readiness, efficient fleet functioning, and the well-being and performance of related staff.
Operational Management:
- Optimize support craft deployment, monitor O&M activities, and oversee installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of assigned equipment.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Manage material requisitions, coordinate supply, monitor inventory, support RCA and CAPA implementation, develop maintenance procedures, and ensure adherence to schedules to prolong equipment lifespan and minimize failures.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain technical drawings, ensure compliance with regulations, and complete required documentation and certifications on time.
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement RCA and CAPA procedures, monitor adherence to schedules, and take corrective actions to maintain efficiency and compliance.
Budget Control:
- Manage and optimize budgets for CSD asset maintenance and projects and contribute to policy development for asset management.
Health & Safety:
- Conduct emergency drills, emphasize safety compliance, and promote a culture of safety within the team.
Team Development:
- Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.

- Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Education Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Civil or B Tech Mechanical/Civil (Desirable)
Work Experience (Range of years):
- 5-10 years of experience in handling CSD & ancillaries
