We are looking for: Global Audit Manager Partner Business
You’ll make an impact by:
· Plan, prepare, and conduct remote partner inspections in accordance with defined quality and audit standards (e.g., VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001), including documentation of objective evidence.
· Perform document-based evaluations, deep-dive assessments, and remote factory tours covering:
· Manufacturing and process flows, Product quality and process stability
· EHS compliance, Workplace organization and 5S implementation
· Risk and maturity assessment, Ensure all required partner documentation (Quality, EHS, Cybersecurity, Social Responsibility, process documentation, and compliance records) is complete, reviewed, and compliant prior to approval.
· Lead inspection kick-off meetings with global partners, aligning scope, expectations, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Partner Governance: Assess partner maturity, capabilities, risks, and compliance against defined qualification criteria and document results in a structured and traceable manner.
· Decide on inspection readiness and release partners only after all defined quality, compliance, and business requirements have been fulfilled.
· Support the qualification, monitoring, requalification, and governance of partners throughout their lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Inspection Coordination:
- Coordinate with Sales, EHS, Regional Organizations, and Partner Quality responsible in HQ to support partner qualification activities worldwide.
- Enable and support HQ / Regional inspection responsible in planning and executing on-site inspections where required.
- Organize and align remote inspection schedules with partners, and internal stakeholders globally across multiple time zones.
- Corrective Actions, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
· Track, validate, and monitor corrective actions with partners until effective and sustainable closure is achieved.
· Create and maintain inspection reports, management summaries, and performance reviews.
· Finalize inspection reports including findings, action plans, conclusions, and approvals, and communicate results professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of remote inspection methodologies, qualification processes, checklists, standards, and governance models.
· Ensure transparency, consistency, and compliance across all partner inspections activities globally.

- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Supplier Quality Management, Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Auditing, Manufacturing, or Operations.
- Proven experience conducting process audits, product audits, supplier audits, preferably including remote audits.
- Knowledge of medium-voltage products and manufacturing processes.
- Technical Expertise
- Knowledge of management system standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, VDA 6.3.
- Manufacturing and industrial processes, Product and process quality assurance
- EHS requirements and risk assessment, 5S and Lean principles
- Corrective and preventive action management, KPI-based performance monitoring
- Auditor certification and social audit knowledge are considered advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess partner maturity, risks, and compliance in a global environment.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and evidence-based decision-making skills.
- Highly structured and organized working style with the ability to manage multiple inspections, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in an international environment.
- Experience working within interdisciplinary, global, and cross-functional networks.
- High intercultural awareness and sensitivity when collaborating with partners of varying maturity levels and cultural backgrounds.
- High degree of ownership, reliability, execution strength, and accountability.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken; additional languages (especially Spanish) are an advantage.
